Thank you for visiting the Shadow Enterprises website. Welcome.
We are a family with Military, Law Enforcement, Private Security, Firefighting
and EMT backgrounds. We are a small woman-owned company that understands the
need for quality products used in your daily lives. We formed Shadow Enterprises
to meet these needs.
In 2005, Shadow Enterprises was awarded a six year Federal Supply Schedule
Contract from the General Services Administration (GSA).
This year we
have formally added our Training
and Security Services Division
to our growing company. Shadow's
Training Division has provided
top notch training to law
enforcement officers who greatly
increase their skills and
knowledge. With this training
the officers leave possessing
the means to provide a highly
professional service that is
needed and expected in their
communities, while at the same
time personally performing as
safe, thorough, and efficient as
possible.
As a post
9/11 society, we have come to
witness and acknowledge the need
for protection and security. Our
Security Services provides the
peace-of-mind for clients of all
walks. Whether its close
protection for Executives,
Dignitaries, Celebrities,
Christian leaders, high profile
cases, or Area/Event security,
we provide client-tailored
protection and security that
enables our clients to focus on
and fluently conduct their
business safely.

We ship via U.P.S. and U.S. Mail. We only ship to addresses in the United
States, including APO and FPOs, unless prior arrangements have been made. Actual shipping will be charged, we will contact you with the full amount of the invoice for payment prior to shipment. We require payment be made by wire transfer for orders shipped outside the US Postal zip codes.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Prices do not include shipping and handling.
Arkansas residents add 6.00% sales tax.

Special Customer Service:
If you are looking for a particular product and can’t find it, let us
know as much information that you have on it and we will do our best to locate
it for you. We will save you valuable time and supply you with a quote or a
source for you to purchase it.
Return Policy & Warranty:
All returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Call for RA number. Some
items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Prices are subject to change
without notice. Shadow Enterprises is not responsible for misprints or errors.
Personal and or business checks are held a minimum of 10 days. Once you use
any product purchased from Shadow Enterprises it becomes a used product and
used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return.
Warranties are through the manufacturer only. No warranties are expressed
or implied by Shadow Enterprises or Athene’s Pride, Inc.
